You’ll see an on-screen confirmation and may receive an SMS/email with your Order ID. Keep it for support queries.

Processing

We verify stock and prepare your package (typically within 1 business day). We’ll contact you if anything needs clarification.

Dispatch

We hand over to our partners (Pathao, Steadfast). You’ll move into the courier’s delivery queue.

Delivery

Typical transit time is 2–4 business days after dispatch. Couriers may call before delivery; please receive the parcel at your address.

Inspect the item in front of the courier when possible. If there’s an issue, contact 01921128095 (10:00–20:00). After delivery, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
