7) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Inspect items at delivery and report issues immediately while the courier is present when possible.
• If an issue is discovered after delivery, we will replace or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be returned first for inspection/replacement.
• Returns due to change of mind or customer error may be subject to delivery charges borne by the customer.
